Can I see VeloLedger before I buy?

Can I migrate from QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage?

Yes — our migration team handles imports from QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Sage 50/Sage Intacct, FreshBooks, and Wave. Most migrations take a few days and include COA mapping, opening balances, historical AR/AP, and at least 24 months of transaction history.

What's included in the MCP integration with the rest of the Velo stack?

On Growth and Scale plans, VeloLedger connects natively over MCP to the Velo stack — VeloPulse HRIS (payroll JEs, headcount-aware cost allocation), VeloExpense (pre-coded expense reports), and VeloCRM (revenue-recognition schedules drafted from closed-won deals). There's no third-party middleware. As with all VeloLedger automation, cross-product writes are drafts a person approves before they post.

Do I have to use the rest of the Velo stack?

No. VeloLedger works fully standalone. The MCP integrations are a force-multiplier when you do run other Velo products, but the accounting platform is complete on its own.

What about bundle pricing if I run multiple Velo products?

Yes — customers running two or more Velo products qualify for bundle pricing. Talk to sales for a custom quote.

Can I cancel any time?

Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans cancel at the end of the term. You always keep export access to your data for 90 days after cancellation.

Is there an accountant / firm plan?

Yes — outsourced accounting firms get the Scale plan at firm pricing, with multi-client switching, white-labeling, and pooled seats. Contact sales.

What does support look like?

Starter includes email support with a 24-hour response target. Growth adds priority chat with 4-hour business-hours response. Scale gets a dedicated CSM and phone support with a priority SLA for P1 incidents.
